Oregon Free and Charitable Clinic Consortium is under the fiscal sponsorship of Volunteers in Medicine of the Cascades, a non-profit organizaton under section 501(c)3 of the Federal Tax Code.  Contributions are tax-deductible to the extent allowed by law.  EIN 93-1327847.
